PCTC 2012 (Pennsylvania Christian Teen Convention)

PCTC - It's that time of year again! PCTC (Pennsylvania Christian Teen Convention) is the best 3 day conference of the year! In your time in harrisburg you will hang out in your sweet room in the Hilton, hit the mall, grub down in Strawberry Square, hear awesome bands, listen to great speakers and kick it with your friends. You do NOT want to miss this event.

Dates - Friday, February 24-26

Times - Leaving CCV Lot at 3:00PM, Arriving Back at 3:00PM

Location - We will be staying at the Harrisburg Hilton located 1 North 2nd Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101
Cost - $125
Registration & Payment - You can register and pay online HERE.  If you need an alternative method to register, you can also print out a copy of the application HERE, staple it to a check payable to "CCV" and give it to April Tatta (for middle school) or Adam Flora (for high school).
What to Bring - Bring three days of seasonal clothes, toiletries, a sleeping bag or blanket, a bible (grab one at CCV if you don't have one), a pen, snacks for the bus ride (optional) and appropriate medications (to be handed in at registration)
What NOT to Bring - iPod/MP3 Players, weapons of any kind, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, anything that can't fit in your bag and anything that will distract you from the weekend.
When You Show Up - Drop your luggage in the appropriate location (middle school or high school), check-in at the appropriate table, drop off your 2012 Permission/Release Form, then head into the gym and await departure.
Additional Info - Each student will be put in a group.  Each group will consist of an background checked adult relational leader.  The leaders will be with the students throughout the weekend.
