The Weight Loss Group is for everyone who starts a weight loss program on Monday and is already “over it” by Tuesday. If you’d like to lose weight, join this group! The first time you attend you’ll be given a ribbon the length of your healthy waist size and you’ll be asked to write down your biggest weight loss challenge. Reach your goal, join today!
